There are no additional handling or processing fees at checkout.


2. Processing & Delivery Times

Below you’ll find the estimated delivery times for all shipments:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and courier availability.
  • The total delivery time is 6–10 business days, including processing and shipping.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM ET 

Depending on availability, certain items may be shipped from our EU warehouse to ensure faster processing and reliable delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or local delays.
Most orders arrive within the stated timeframe.

3. Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped from overseas may be subject to customs, duties, or import fees under U.S. regulations. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Address Changes

You may request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order.
After dispatch, changes can no longer be made.


5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Items may still be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
